Below you will find any of the Major Medical Carriers and instructions to access your accounts. If you made any updates to your medical plan (e.g., switching from Kaiser to Health Net), you should have received a new insurance card.
Didn’t get it yet? Contact your carrier to confirm your mailing address.
🔹 Kaiser: Login to Member Portal
Member Sign on is found on the top right. If you have not registered yet… Click on REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT, found under the Sign On Button. THEN Click on CREATE MY ACCOUNT.
If you need help with your Kaiser Login, questions for Kaiser, here is your customer service number & they will be happy to help you: 1-800-464-4000.
🔹 Health Net: Login to Member Portal
Scroll down to EMPLOYER PLANS LOG IN, enter your email address, or create an account. If you need help with your HealthNet Login, questions for HealthNet, here is your customer service number & they will be happy to help you: 1-888-926-4988.
🔹 Blue Shield: Login to Member Portal
Member Login/Register is found on the top right. If you have not registered yet… Click on REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT, found under the Sign On Button. THEN Click on CREATE MY ACCOUNT. Member Services: 1-800-393-6130.
Inside the portals you can:
~View or download your insurance card
~Check doctors and providers
~Review benefits and claims
